How do I send my documents safely?
When it's time, we send a secure upload link — the same private portal our clients use. Nothing sensitive needs to go over email.
I'm up against a deadline. Can you help in time?
Tell us the date when you reach out and we'll be honest about what's realistic. If we can't make it, we'll say so right away — and help you file an extension so nothing lapses.
My books are behind. Is that a problem?
Not at all — it's one of the most common reasons people call. We do catch-up work and clean up prior years. You don't have to get it in order before you reach out.
Do you work with clients outside the Napa Valley?
Yes. Many clients are fully remote, across the US. The work and the care are the same whether we ever meet in person or not.
What bookkeeping software do you use?
Mostly QuickBooks Online. If you're not on anything yet, we'll set you up.
